The Challenge

First Data needed to integrate new features into its systems to support the marketing strategies of MasterCard, of which it was the licensee in Argentina. The goal was to enhance its travel assistance service through MasterAssist, optimize the management of online loans, and redefine how expenses were presented in statements, adding more detailed data where previously there was minimal information.

The Solution

  • We integrated legacy systems with new functionalities and adjustments to enhance and expand the MasterAssist systems, online loan management, loyalty programs, campaigns, and current accounts.

The Outcome

The new functionalities allowed us to address customer needs more promptly and strengthened our market position with an improved service offering.

Key achievements included:

  • Enhanced medical assistance service data for MasterCard cardholders.
  •
  • A new webpage was added to the Call Center platform to manage this information.
  •
  • The incentive campaign for granting loans through credit cards was implemented successfully.
  •
