The Solution

Our solution involved designing and implementing the compensation plans, as well as the technical design and deployment of Varicent ICM Cloud, based on a comprehensive process survey. This solution addressed all of the customer’s needs for variable compensation calculations.
We handled everything from data entry and incentive calculation creation to generating the required data outputs. Compensation plans were developed based on eligibility, accreditation, and business rules. We also implemented web-based reporting tools to display calculation data for assigned users. In addition, the quality of the calculations was significantly improved.
As a result, the company ensured faster calculations and data integrity. Manual processes were eliminated, reducing human errors.

Thanks to this implementation, the company achieved greater speed in its calculations and data integrity. Manual processes were also replaced, which reduced human errors.
