The Solution

  • We partnered with Snowflake – Data Cloud and Power BI, leveraging cloud-based solutions for enhanced flexibility and scalability. This approach also enables real-time access to updated information across the company’s global offices.

    Our expertise in the technology enabled us to support their needs with successful migrations. Initially, we worked with SAP’s Business Intelligence module, BW, and later migrated to Hana as the database platform, using Tableau for data visualization. We then transitioned to their current platform.

The Outcome

Statistical monitoring of various local, regional, and global market indicators optimizes production, logistics, and shelf display strategies.

 

The generated reports facilitate redefining strategic goals, scenario forecasting, and decision-making based on diverse variables.
